The membership committee is responsible for the maintenance and execution of all membership procedures.
The procedures include but are not limited to:
Annual Levy
A Resident Association levy is collected from all member residents living in the Lower Sandhurst enclosure.
The levy supports the administration of the Association, costs associated with the maintenance of the enclosure and managing and maintaining the road closure gate and application. This application is renewed every 2 years. The signage is to be at the correct regulated standard, insurance for the gates and liability, auditing fees, landscaping, gardening services and so forth.
Our RA levy applies from January-December of the current year. The RA levy is proposed and agreed upon at the the AGM.
Monthly Security Fee
A monthly security fee is collected from all participating member residents living in and on the border of Lower Sandhurst. Participation in the safety and security scheme is optional but highly encouraged as all security improvements and initiatives apply to all residents of the enclosure, regardless of their participation status. This levy is assessed every year at our AGM and increases 8% annually on the 1st September in line with PSIRA requirements

Welcoming new residents to the suburb
Securing membership and contributions of new residents
Engaging estate agents working in the suburb during property sales
Engaging residents on topics of membership and membership contribution
